07 — Organic Content (Creator Acquisition)
Core idea
Build an agency Instagram brand (reels + carousels + stories) targeted at OF creators, not for reach but for the right audience: 1–3K views per reel is enough to sign ~10 quality creators/month. Case study: a 2,000-view YouTube video led to a German influencer manager DMing Oliver, referring 5–6 influencers (10–20M combined followers) → $300K+ in agency cuts over 1.5 years. Conversion happens over weeks via repeated content, lead magnets, and warm-lead DMs — not instant signups.
Key concepts/frameworks
- Content split: 30% education (pricing, content ideas, income math), 30% motivation/empowerment, 20% memes/relatable creator humor, 10% agency value/pitch, 10% engagement bait (trends, respectful-controversial takes). Keep controversy at creator standards, not yours.
- 4-week arc: Week 1 establish authority → Week 2 build trust → Week 3 start converting → Week 4 scale/repost winners.
- Trust building: never fake income screenshots (sets unmeetable expectations → churn); use before/after with real numbers ("Laura: 10K → 30K in 30 days"), testimonials (text/voice, women trust women), creator prospecting reports, CRM dashboards; underpromise/overdeliver.
- Sell emotions, not money: women buy freedom, time, travel, safety — pitch "takes the weight off your shoulders," not "make $1M."
- Cat principle: don't chase ("work with us!"); state what you offer and let them come — ~3x more DMs.
- Creator journey funnel: see content → engage → build interest → consider → apply → qualification/sales call → client.
- Repurpose everything: 1 reel → 3 TikToks; 1 carousel (10 slides) → a day of stories; 1 blog post → 5 social posts.
Action items
- [ ] Create Instagram agency account: non-generic name (e.g. Flash Studios, Creator Accelerator — not "EliteAgency"); pain-point bio: "Tired of empty promises and lacking results? Send us a DM. The last agency you'll ever work with."
- [ ] Set up Linktree: free guide, Typeform application, success stories, Calendly. Don't link the agency website (distracting).
- [ ] Write 30 content ideas with ChatGPT/Claude; AI writes word-for-word scripts, record via teleprompter.
- [ ] Batch-film 7 reels in one 60-min weekly session (same outfit/location); edit during week or hire editor ($50–100/month).
- [ ] Post 4–5 reels/week, 3 carousels (5 min each in Canva), 5–10 stories/day; cross-post to TikTok; use X to reply to creators and funnel to Instagram.
- [ ] Follow the 4-week plan (see SOP below), then review weekly and double down on what performs.
- [ ] After weeks 1–2, create 2 free guides ("10-Day Creator Blueprint: How to Start OF" + "How to Get Successful on OF"); mention every 3rd post; collect emails; send 2–3 value emails then pitch Typeform.
- [ ] Add CTAs to 60–70% of posts: "DM 'apply'", "link in bio to apply", "comment 'ready' and I'll send the application", "save this and apply when ready".
- [ ] Reply to ALL comments/DMs — creators often use anonymous second accounts (signed a 20K-follower creator from a 3-follower account).
- [ ] DM warm leads (3+ likes/comments/story views) with the script below; on "yes" send 5–10 min sniping video analysis, then pitch the agency fit.
- [ ] Post consistently 90 days before judging; track everything in a sheet.
SOPs/scripts/templates
- Warm-lead DM: "Hey [name]! I saw you reacting to our stories and had to check out your profile. Here's what I noticed… I get 5+ messages a day from agencies promising you the world. Here's the reality: 90% of OF agencies are random guys who take your money and ghost. I'm not here to tell you we're the best. Instead, I'll send you a free breakdown of your last 30 days. What worked, what flopped, and 3 steps to increase revenue 20–40%. No sales pitch, no call booking. Just value. Would that be interesting to you?" → yes → send sniping video → "I said I wouldn't pitch, but after analyzing, I see a fit for agency."
- Hooks: "I made $847K managing OF creators. Here's what NOT to do…" / "This solo OF creator went from $2K to $40K/month in 90 days. Here's exactly how…" / "If you're still doing this on OnlyFans, you're leaving money on the table…"
- 4-week content plan: Wk1 — Mon carousel "5 mistakes creators make", Tue reel "income breakdown: $10K/month reality", Wed testimonial post, Thu reel "3 content ideas to make $50K more", Fri carousel "how to price your OF subscription", Sat trend/meme, Sun rest-day post. Wk2 — red flags in OF agencies, day in the life managing 50+ creators, why most quit in month 1, before/after testimonial, 5 metrics every creator should track, controversial take, meme. Wk3 — what we look for in creators, 5 signs you're ready for an agency, FAQ carousel, anonymous income proof, exactly what we do, trend + CTA, "your 9-5 won't build your dream". Wk4 — success story, repost/remix best content, "3 things I wish I knew", "what $100K OF revenue looks like", educational repeat, lifestyle (if available), review/plan.
