08 — How to Filter Leads

Core idea

Quality over speed: never sign the first applicant. Spend the full 30 days (or 3 weeks) filtering for one great creator instead of signing a bad one in 3 days — a bad creator wastes months of time and money, exposes you to scams/lawsuits, and a good creator scales exponentially ($2K → $8K → $15K → $50K → $100K/month). Analogy: don't tune a Toyota Yaris into an F1 car; start with a Lamborghini.

Qualification questions (first call): - Maturity: "What would you do with $50,000?" ❌ "buy bags, trips, shopping" / ✅ "invest, save for family, reinvest" - Life in order: "How does a usual day in your life look?" — listen for stable routine, structure. - Communication: "What's important to you in our communication?" ✅ "direct, honest, clear" / ❌ "everyone should just be nice" - Work ethic: "How much time can you dedicate per day?" — listen for realistic commitment. - (Tip from transcript: ask ChatGPT for more recruitment questions fitted to your approach.)

Creator Evaluation Sheet (per call): Name, Date; rate 1–10: Energy/Personality, Looks/Attractiveness, Willingness to Adapt, Communication, Work Ethic (perceived), Maturity; Red Flags Spotted; Final Decision: Sign / Maybe (follow up) / Pass.
