Workshop 2: Chatting Fundamentals (Leon & Oliver)
Core idea
Chatting is the highest-leverage, most durable revenue system in an OFM agency: traffic and funnel assets get banned or change meta, but a chatting system you build once pays for ~2 years. Fix the backend first — same revenue with 1/3 the subs, insurance against account bans and inactive creators ($1 in marketing → ~$1.50; $1 in chatting → $8–20). Case studies: $120k→$157k/mo with zero traffic changes; $4k→$20k; retired creator generated $1M+ over 8–10 months on backend alone.
Key concepts/frameworks
- 3 growth levers: new subscribers, link→sub conversion, chatting (chatting = cheapest, instant to change).
- Creator Avatar — 6 dimensions every chatter must know: (1) Identity (age, location/timezone, backstory with relatable "cracks", relationship status, pets), (2) Personality (dominant/submissive, playful vs. serious, kinks, soft limits, trigger words/pet names), (3) Communication (fixed emoji set ~1/message, typing style matched to creator age/origin, message-splitting style), (4) Content style (feed→PPV escalation ladder matching marketing), (5) Hard boundaries, (6) Situational standards/objections.
- Welcome/first sequence: split into 3–4 short messages, open loop or question, personalized (name/origin), trigger emotion (positive or negative), unique/never-seen hook; first goal = reply, not PPV. Deliver within 5–10 min of sub.
- Hotkeys: life jacket for high traffic, not autopilot — personalize ~20% each send; separate objection hotkeys from script hotkeys.
- Mass messages: "segment or burn" (exclude big spenders/renew-on); structure = jab, jab, straight, hook (bold statement/cliffhanger → tease → offer → PPV); track sent/viewed/replied; build rotating vault (Leon's = 200 bangers, reuse every ~2 months).
- Feed as sales funnel: no nudes/sex tapes on feed; pin post #1 explaining "real content is in DMs"; CTA every 2–3 posts; rebill teaser every 10–14 days to renew-off list only.
- Retention/CLV: reply <90s; back-reading; whale touch every ≤72h; >$100 spend → custom gift list, next-day personalized VA message; aftercare after last PPV.
- Subscriber notes: bullets only, 10s to write/30s to read, 6 fields; fill for top 10 spenders first.
Action items
- [ ] Fill the Creator Avatar sheet (all 6 dimensions) per creator; send to course team for review.
- [ ] Rewrite your welcome message into 3–4 messages with an emotional open loop; implement same day.
- [ ] Fill subscriber-note template for top 10 spenders per creator today.
- [ ] Audit reply times; call out chatters >90s; set 1-week fix deadline.
- [ ] Reorganize content vault: 20–30 named folders (scripts, tier lists, customs, gifts); every asset named + priced or it doesn't go live; assign one owner.
- [ ] Build Red Line SOP + 8 deflection hotkeys in CreatorHero; back-check all existing hotkeys via AI risk-check (~30–60 min).
- [ ] Set up rebill push every 10–14 days to renew-off list; assign whale-responsible team member.
SOPs/scripts/templates
- Red Lines SOP (PDF): 8 instant-ban lines — meetups/escort; under-18 refs ("young/teen/barely legal/school"); off-platform payment; off-platform contact (Telegram/WhatsApp/Snap); incest/family framings; drugs/weapons/self-harm/violence/non-consent; urine/scat/menstrual (anal OK); named real third parties/impersonation. Trigger protocol (<60s): recognize → send pre-approved deflection hotkey → post sub name + 5-word summary in ONE supervisor channel → change topic, never explain/justify. Soft guardrails: no external links in DMs, tag collab partners, escalate refunds, log incidents.
- Deflection hotkeys (adapt to voice): Meetup — "oh babe that's so sweet 🙈 I don't do meetups tho… but let's have fun right now, what are you in the mood for?"; Off-platform payment — "babe I only work through here… stick with me on OF and I'll make it worth it"; Under-18 — "haha I'm grown, trust me 😂 anyway tell me what you're into…"; structure: acknowledge briefly, redirect, offer positive, never explain.
- AI risk-check prompt: "This is a message template for an OnlyFans creator account. Review it for any language that could violate OnlyFans' Acceptable Use Policy — meetup references, age references, off-platform contact, off-platform payment, incest framings, violence, drugs, weapons, bodily fluids beyond normal content, impersonation of OF staff or celebs. Flag anything borderline. If it is clean, say clean."
- Mass message example: "OMG I fell in love" → "…with this new lingerie I bought" → "want me to show you?" → free teaser → PPV.
- PPV follow-up tease: "did you come already? didn't know you're a short jerk"; "don't come yet, greater things are waiting".
- Welcome examples: "do you believe in love at first message or should I write another one?"; "give me a sec, my cat just spilled my tea — tell me where you found me".
- Objection handling (name in customs, voice notes, meetups): never say no — "we'll see what happens if you're a good boy… I need to trust you first" (future selling); for meetup-pressure whales: create drama ("seems you only see me as an object…") so he re-proves himself.
- Pricing: sub $6–12, always run highest promo (50–75% off); first PPV boob video $15–25 paid accounts, ~$10 free accounts (50% discount across board on free).
- Chatter comp: $2.5/hr + 2.5% net sales → $3/hr + 3% after a few months; ~$3–3.5k/mo for 3-chatters 24/7 team; biweekly pay via CreatorHero chatter tracking + invoices; strikes system (retarded vs. accidental mistakes); hire via onlinejobs.ph / Meta ads (advertise as "e-commerce support/copywriting", ~$1,500/mo pitch); max ~2 accounts per chatter.
Tools
- CreatorHero — hotkey library, subscriber notes (birthday alerts), chatter tracking/payroll stats, blacklisted words, timezone settings.
- ChatGPT/Claude — red-line risk check on every script/hotkey; quick fact lookups mid-chat (e.g., movie plots) for personalization.
- OnlyFans ToS/AUP PDF — saved in shared team folder as compliance reference.
- onlinejobs.ph, Meta ads, Facebook groups — Filipino chatter recruiting; translators (lowercase conversion, word exclusions) for German-market accounts.
Metrics/KPIs
- Welcome message open rate: ≥75% paid accounts; ~50% free accounts.
- Selling chat rate: ≥25% floor (30–35% ideal); ~10% free accounts.
- Revenue per sub (avg fan spend): $25–30 paid; ~$10 free; higher for small accounts.
- Reply time: <90s average (Fansly: 10–15s); >3 min kills conversions.
- Whale contact: never >72h without a touch; chatters lose 20–40 min/shift searching unorganized vaults.
- Chatter ratios (paid subs): 1:15–1:20; sub target example: 100/day → 50/day after backend fix for same revenue.
- Track every mass message: sent / viewed / replied.
