OFMOS Week 3 — Advanced Chatting Backend
Core idea
Advanced backend systems that 4.5x revenue per subscriber: the CTBS monetization stack, a 6-step PPV ladder, five core chatter scripts, storyline-based whale building, subscriber segmentation, mass-PPV campaigns with script split-testing, plus operational infrastructure (command-center KPIs, chatter scorecards, shift handovers, hiring/training, pay structure).
Key concepts/frameworks
- CTBS: Custom content, Tier upselling (free→paid→VIP), Bundle upselling, Special events. Moves ARPU from ~$42 to ~$109.
- 6-step PPV ladder: (0) buildup/pre-qualification ("should I even put clothes on?") → (1) free/$5 teaser → (2) soft PPV $10–17 → (3) full nude $20–30 → (4) masturbation/toy $35–60 → (5) climax $65–150+ → (6) optional custom/fetish pitch. Between PPVs, ask questions to make the sub horny; shift from sexuality (PPV1–3) to pure emotion/superlatives (PPV4–5); "coming together" frame; aftercare.
- Digit-sum-of-8 pricing: PPV prices whose digits sum to 8 ($71, $80, $125, $53) increase purchase rate.
- Aftercare: thank + reinforce purchase decision → ask how he feels → 10–15 min small talk about his interests → hard cut with "message me when you wake up" prime. Scaled to spend; only from ~$45 PPVs up.
- 5 scripts: openers (4 archetypes: curious, engager, buyer, ghost/pattern-break), escalation (casual→flirty→suggestive→explicit), objection handling, re-engagement (7/14/30/60-day windows), post-purchase (24h window).
- Storylines = whales: girlfriend experience (default), dom/sub, fantasy roleplay (highest LTV), exclusive access (influencers only), ongoing life narrative. Storyline subs spend 3–5x more.
- 5-tier segmentation: whales (dedicated chatter, individual pricing, no mass PPVs, daily check-ins) / regular buyers (full ladder, MRR base) / one-time buyers (winback bundles, reactivation specialist; 10–20% reactivate) / engagers-non-buyers (nurture, cheap PPVs) / ghosts (mass-only).
- SST (script split test): A/B one variable per test, 50 sends per variant, 2–3 day window; 52 improvements/year.
- Chatter scorecard traffic-light rule: 1 red KPI = fix today; 2 red = emergency.
Action items
- [ ] Build the 6-step PPV ladder per creator; add digit-sum-8 pricing.
- [ ] Write the 5 core scripts with hotkeys into the CRM; get verbal commitment from each chatter.
- [ ] Create segment lists (5 tiers) in the CRM; exclude whales/storyline subs from all automated follow-ups and mass messages.
- [ ] Set up re-engagement spreadsheet: 7/14/30/60-day touches; assign an owner; audit weekly.
- [ ] Start weekly SST on every active script; log purchase rates.
- [ ] Build command center: track 5 daily metrics (open chat rate, revenue/sub, avg spend/buyer, PPV conversion, month-2 retention).
- [ ] Create weekly chatter scorecard (1–10 per KPI) + weekly 10–20 min one-on-ones.
- [ ] Create Discord #handover channel with the 5-point template; enforce at every shift change.
- [ ] Run mass-PPV campaigns Thu–Sat evenings; announce → tease → launch → resend unopened after 4–6h with new hook → "2 hours left" close.
- [ ] Hiring: typeform screen (≥50 WPM, ≥100 Mbps internet, B2 English), then scenario-based interview as the final filter.
SOPs/scripts/templates
- Objection handling: "Too expensive" → never drop price first; reframe 2–3x ("10 minutes just of me for you… will you make me happy?"); last resort: "negotiating is such a turnoff", then max ~20% one-time discount. "Send free first" → "I don't send free stuff, that's what makes it special." "Is it good?" → 5-second preview, then "you like it? then buy the full one." "Buy later" → soft deadline with a reason ("I'll post it on my feed in 2 hours").
- Re-engagement ladder: 7d "where have you been?"; 14d "been thinking about you" + soft pic; 30d reframe/new hair/therapist-growth story; 60d last-chance bundle.
- Shift handover template (5 points, ~5 min): open PPVs/last messages; whale status; active storylines/cliffhangers; red flags (refund/abuse); updated sub notes.
- Training stages: agency tour/values → technical tools (vault, hotkeys, CRM) → chatting philosophy + objections/scripts → supervised live screen-share demo → first solo 2–4h shifts with supervisor evaluation report.
- Pay structure: $3/hr base + 2.5–3% commission; raise to 3–3.5% after 3 months solid performance; supervisors get higher base or fixed salary (never % of team revenue); random surprise bonuses ($20–100) announced in team chat; never cut commission — fire after repeated fuck-ups; pay bi-weekly.
Tools
- CreatorHero (CRM): fan notes, hotkeys, segmentation, script performance tracking — exclude storyline subs from its automations.
- Discord: chatter comms, handover channel, shift reports, screen-share training.
- Typeform: hiring screen. Google Sheets: scorecard, re-engagement tracker, campaign sheet (shared via WhatsApp group). Loom: training/reference videos.
Metrics/KPIs
- Chatting ratio: agency avg ~20:1; top accounts 30–40:1; goal 4.5x ARPU ($42→$109).
- Open chat rate: <40% broken welcome flow; 50% healthy; 60% elite.
- Revenue/sub (monthly): <$15 structural issue; $25–30 good; $40 elite.
- Avg spend/buyer: <$40 = no CTBS; $80 target; $190 elite (full CTBS + ladder).
- Chatter PPV conversion: 40% poor; 60% good; 70%+ elite.
- Month-2 sub retention: 50% floor, 60% target.
- Re-engagement: 25–45% of ghosts reply, ~half of those spend again (~25% more revenue).
- Storyline subs: 3–5x LTV vs comparable non-storyline subs.
- Overdelivering PPVs: +20% purchase rate. Bundles with a reason: +6% buy rate/satisfaction.
- Hiring bars: 50 WPM typing, 100 Mbps internet, B2 English.
