FC #9: The 3-Step Process to Go Viral 100% of the Time

Core idea

You don't go viral by fixing hooks, lighting, or camera settings — you go viral by fixing research/ideation, i.e. which videos you choose to copy. The process: find a real niche ("battlefield"), build a validated target-creator list, then only recreate videos that pass 3 hard filters (outlier views, real comments, matchable by your creator). Copying proven overperformers removes the "casino element" from marketing; if you can go viral on demand, bans and new accounts stop mattering.

Pre-post scorecard (all 3 must be YES or the video doesn't get made): 1. Is it an outlier — ≥2x views vs the average of the 6 videos before and 6 after on the feed? (Ideal: 2–5x baseline. Reject extreme one-off spikes = luck/botted.) 2. Do the comments make sense — real comments referencing specific things in the video, from the right audience? (Reject: no/few comments, emoji-only, wrong-geography comments.) 3. Can my creator match it or beat it — same body/vibe/energy, similar setting/location, similar lighting, similar details? (Reject mismatches: huge-assets video with a creator without them; Ferrari → Toyota; daylight → ring light; blonde girl-next-door copying dark-haired goth creator.)
