Playbook: Creator Acquisition System (OFM agency recruiting)
What this course teaches
This course teaches how to recruit high-quality OnlyFans creators for an agency that takes ~50% of their revenue. The core thesis: creator acquisition is the agency's #1 scaling lever — the same 5x-in-3-months effort on a $20K/mo creator yields $80K/mo extra vs. $400 on a $100/mo creator, so signing quality beats signing fast. It covers six acquisition channels (girl-to-girl outreach, B2B/referral networks, Meta paid ads, SEO, personalized "sniping" video audits, agency organic content), a hard lead-filtering framework, a combined sales/onboarding call system, and the scaling-speed imperative (signing is only half the deal — creators leave after 3 months if you're still at $2–10K). Goal: sign one quality creator within 30 days.
The system at a glance
- Define quality bar — creator criteria (work ethic, looks threshold, adaptability, USP, stable life) set before outreach.
- Generate leads — run 2–3 channels: G2G rapport outreach, sniping Loom audits, referral partners, Meta ads → Typeform, organic content, SEO blog.
- Qualify on a call — 6-phase sales call; creator talks 80%; score on the Evaluation Sheet (sign at 4/5 YES).
- Close — amplify her pain with numbers, handle objections, "book a meeting from a meeting."
- Onboard fast — contract → onboarding call (boundaries, standards, expectations) → vision roadmap → first content list sent immediately.
- Scale hard & retain — $2K → $8K → $15K → $20K+/mo by months 4–6; slow ramps = losing the creator. Track every channel weekly.
Phase-by-phase action plan
Phase 0 — Foundations (Day 0–3)
Goal: lock in the quality bar and channel selection before any outreach.
- [ ] Assess agency stage; pick 2–3 acquisition methods that fit your budget — do NOT start all of them.
- [ ] Write exact creator criteria: work ethic, location, content setup, camera talent, English, adaptability, USP.
- [ ] Commit to rejecting eager applicants who miss the bar — override the "finally someone said yes" instinct.
- [ ] Prioritize creators who already earn over from-zero creators (same effort, exponentially more profit).
- [ ] Set up one tracking Google Sheet per channel (columns in SOP library).
Phase 1 — Launch 2–3 acquisition channels (Week 1–2)
Goal: fill the pipeline — 50+ qualified outbound leads; inbound funnels live.
G2G outreach (best for beginners, ~$0): - [ ] Buy aged Instagram account (no "recently created" badge); female pic, OF link in bio, "backup account" bio, PRIVATE. 20–40 posts, 20–50K bought followers, follow 200–300 accounts (~30 min setup). - [ ] Train the For You page on niche OF creators; use Similar Profiles + Explore; also mine Twitter/X and Reddit NSFW subs. - [ ] 50+ lead list week 1 (note funnel, content quality, posting frequency, agency-run tells); send 10–20 openers, 3 A/B variants. - [ ] Daily routine: 10 min find leads → 15 min send 5–10 openers → 25 min replies → 10 min tracker. Outsource lead-finding to a VA (~$50/closed lead).
Sniping videos (pairs with G2G or solo): - [ ] Target creators with visible, fixable problems (content locations, brand identity, funnel, niche topics). - [ ] Permission opener first; record only for those who confirm — never blast unrequested videos. - [ ] Reusable Gamma template, ~5 min to customize with her screenshots + 3–4 concrete fixes; record 5–10 min Loom in a clean setting; cap 1–2 hrs/day.
Referral network (highest trust, reaches DM-immune creators): - [ ] List partner types from your network: bouncers, club promoters/owners, photographers, videographers, influencers, female friends, exes, struggling agencies. - [ ] Approach with the 4-question prep (objections, trust, retention influence, funnel endpoint); ask for a "5-minute partnership call." - [ ] Pitch ONE simple offer: fixed ~$1,000 after 1-month retention (no-influence partners) or 10% rev share first 3 months / 20% first 6 (influence partners). - [ ] Buy struggling agencies' ~45 unused inbound leads/month (flat fee or %); deliver the referral SOP + qualification criteria to every signed partner. - [ ] Audit funnel endpoints (IG, website, Telegram): professional look, case studies, clear CTA.
Paid ads (only with $500–600+/mo budget): - [ ] Write target/hook/pains/solution for the 3 segments (solo creators, unhappy-with-agency, influencers). - [ ] Facebook Business Manager + female UGC creator (Fiverr/Upwork) for a 15–30s captioned video ad; build Typeform + Pixel. - [ ] Launch: Traffic objective, IG Feed/Reels/Explore only, $20–30/day per ad set, one country per ad set, women 18–35. - [ ] After 1–3 weeks kill losers, scale winners +10–20% every few days; 1% lookalikes per country after 20–50 completions.
Organic content + SEO (compounding — start early): - [ ] Agency IG: non-generic name, pain-point bio; Linktree = guide + Typeform + success stories + Calendly (NOT the website). - [ ] 30 AI-written content ideas; batch-film 7 reels in one 60-min weekly session; post 4–5 reels/week, 3 carousels, 5–10 stories/day; cross-post TikTok; follow the 4-week arc. - [ ] SEO: domain + WordPress, Rank Math/Search Console/Analytics; plan 30–50 topics; publish 6–8 posts weeks 2–4, then 2–3/week.
Phase 2 — Nurture & convert leads (Week 2–4)
Goal: move leads to booked calls via rapport, follow-ups, warm-lead DMs.
- [ ] G2G: run the 7-phase conversation (opener → common ground 1–3 days → OF transition → find pain → amplify pain → hero's-journey soft pitch → handoff).
- [ ] Interested → WhatsApp handoff; lukewarm → send agency reel, switch topic, follow up in 2 days with new value (Loom, funnel fix, manager tip).
- [ ] Sniping: 3-step follow-up (day-1 check → close-friends story tag → extra value drop), recycle at ~2 weeks.
- [ ] Organic: DM warm leads (3+ engagements) the free-breakdown script; reply to ALL comments/DMs (creators use anon second accounts).
- [ ] Publish 2 free lead-magnet guides; collect emails; 2–3 value emails then pitch the Typeform.
- [ ] Get interested creators on a call fast, framed as "you're applying too — we have benchmarks."
Phase 3 — Filter, sell, sign (Week 3–4)
Goal: sign ONE creator who passes the full filter — never the first applicant.
- [ ] Never sign on day one; run all channels the full 30 days and pick the best.
- [ ] Run the 6-phase sales call with phase timings; creator talks 80%; quantify every pain ("2h chatting = $5K → 24/7 ≈ $50K; you're missing $45K/mo — how does that feel?").
- [ ] Vet scam/legal risk; ask the 4 qualification questions ($50K test, daily routine, communication values, time commitment).
- [ ] Score every candidate on the Evaluation Sheet: sign at 4/5 YES on the decision framework + ≥6/8 checklist qualities; pass at ≤2 YES.
- [ ] Close by booking the next call ("contract Monday, then onboarding") — never end without a scheduled next step.
- [ ] Record calls; script better replies to every objection you couldn't answer.
Phase 4 — Onboard & scale (Week 4+)
Goal: retention via speed, standards, and a fast revenue ramp.
- [ ] Week-1 checklist: contract, onboarding call, expectations & boundaries, vision roadmap deck, communication standards script, first content list, first batch recorded, daily check-ins.
- [ ] Set the communication standard day 1 ("give a heads up, we won't judge; don't make us chase content"); lead by example — reply faster than you demand.
- [ ] Present the roadmap: M1 foundations → M2 systems (hire chatters) → M3 scaling (ads, Reddit) → M4–6 $20K+/mo. Month 1 = foundations, not $100K. Expect the 50%-cut objection.
- [ ] Fix friction the moment it appears (6 hours for one feed post → address together immediately).
- [ ] Ramp revenue FAST — a $500→$1,000→$1,500 creep is the fastest way to lose her; the 3-month cliff is real.

Red lines & pitfalls
- Never sign "everything that moves." A bad creator costs 3–6 months of zero revenue or $thousands to scams/lawsuits. "Don't tune a Toyota Yaris into an F1 car — start with a Lamborghini."
- Never start all channels at once — pick 2–3 and execute with focus.
- Spam outreach is dead — ~1,000 DMs per signing, ~1% reply rates on agency accounts. No copy-paste DMs, no unrequested videos (always get permission first).
- Never pitch right after the first reply (G2G); "less is more" — 10% less pitch, 100% more authentic. Bad timing → back off, don't burn the lead.
- Ad compliance: never say "OnlyFans" or sexual terms (use "OF"), no guaranteed revenue claims, no nudity, age-gate; frame as creator economy/entrepreneurship. Don't target women who never considered OF — thousands per sign.
- Never fake income screenshots — unmeetable expectations → churn. Underpromise, overdeliver; real before/after numbers only.
- Don't chase creators (cat principle) — state the offer, let them come; never sell from a beggar position.
- Don't send the contract without a scheduled next call — "book a meeting from a meeting."
- Don't ignore filtering red flags: slow communication, chaotic life, refuses Reels/Reddit/face, unrealistic expectations, negative energy. Scam vetting protects your funds and avoids lawsuits.
- Don't creep revenue slowly — $500→$1,000→$1,500 is the fastest way to lose a creator; the 3-month cliff ($2–10K at 50% cut) ends the contract regardless of expectations set.
- Protect your reputation in creator communities — creators search your agency name in verified groups before signing; one negative testimony = months of recruiting difficulty.
- SEO patience: months 1–2 = ~0–50 visitors, normal. Don't pay an agency for basic setup/writing; $5K/mo top-tier only at 2,000–3,000+ visitors.
- 100% professionalism or nothing — camera, editing, location, outfit on calls; never operate at 50%.
- 95% quit organic before 90 days — don't. Track everything; decide from data, not feelings.
